I was really pleased with this dye, I changed to this after using pillarbox red and surprisingly this is a brighter more true red however it still contains pink hints but that's not a bad thing as it stops any ginger fade. On my hair this dye lasted longer on my hair compared to pillarbox red. Directions has a lovely creamy consistency that is nice and easy to apply
