Special Effects Blue Mayhem

I absolutely *love* how this color turns out--it's a vibrant, true cobalt blue. I put it on top of faded Special Effects Blue Velvet (which by then was pretty much purple), and it still turned out this way. It faded rather quickly on me compared to Blue Velvet (only stayed true and vibrant for 7 days), so I was pretty disappointed. After a week, the faded purple remaining from Blue Velvet overtook this shade, almost as if it forced it out of my hair. I also tried this on tabula rasa freshly bleached hair and it still didn't stick well. It's a gorgeous color and I love it, but I wish it lasted longer. -synapticdefection-
