I put this on over very pale lemon bleached hair having stripped out scarlet and it went on a lot better than I expected. It came out a really true blue and fairly even. I was worried that it would be too green with the yellow base but I did take is as pale as I could and used a white toner. Its comparatively cheep and easily available and I will be using it again. - Emailed Review (Kat)
