I bleached and toned my hair to a light ash blonde colour from black (no easy task!!!) and put on one and a half directions pots on my thick medium length hair. I left this on for 8 hours over night (slept with clingfilm, old tights and a plastic bag on my head!!) the initial colour was a bright deep blue with turquoise hints throughout (it was bright turquoise in sunlight) After a few washes this became a beautiful bright turquoise and I looked like a mermaid!! At 6 weeks time my hair looked a greeny teal turquoise colour, still impressive but alas I work in a school so it had to go. Excellent coverage, major staying power!!!
