Manic Panic does not stick my hair at all, but it worked great for my brother's hair. It was super bright at first, then gradually turned into a nice sunshine/sunflower color (but still fairly bright). I don't remember how long it lasted, since we ended up giving him a different color before we could find out. It didn't bleed like crazy or stain everything.
