Special Effects Electric Blue

Electric Blue is the best color I have used so far. I applied it to brown hair with gold highlights. It was very vibrant, even on the brown base. It did not fade quickly. Even when my hair faded back to brown, I still noticed quite a few stray blue strands. It has incredible staying power, relative to the lighter blues. I recommend this color to anyone who wants a deep vibrant blue that will stay, no matter how dark their current color is. -Violet-
