FAQ - Returns & Exchanges

 

- How Do I Cancel An Order?
If your order has not been processed you may cancel all or part of the order and receive a full refund for the cancelled items (UK and European Union customers). Non EU customers may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the status of the order. If the order has already been dispatched it can still be cancelled but will be treated as a return - once received you must return the goods to us in accordance with our returns policy (details below). Please contact us if you wish to cancel a made-on-request or customised order as a cancellation or returns charge may apply. Standard Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 (previously Distance Selling Regulations 2000) rights will not apply to Bulk/Wholesale orders which are classed as Business transactions or to customers out with the EU.

 

- How Do I Return An Item?
If you wish to return all or part of your order you must contact us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods giving your name, order number and reason for return. No items can be returned without a Returns Number/Authorisation. Return postage costs are non-refundable and orders must be well packed to avoid damage to the contents. All authorised returns must be received at Beeunique within a reasonable time frame and it is advised to use a registered or recorded method of post to return the order as no refunds or replacements can be authorised until Beeunique are in receipt of the returned parcel. Where it does not contravene the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 (previously Distance Selling Regulations 2000) all returned items must be in an unused state. Any free or promotional items included with the original purchase must be returned also. Where postage costs are to be refunded we will refund standard postage costs only and not optional postage extras such as Next Day, Recorded or International Signed For. For some items such as earrings, cosmetics and body jewellery we cannot accept returns due to Health & Hygiene reasons - this does not affect your statutory rights. Postage and Payment costs will not be refunded for non UK-EU returns. If you wish to return a bulk/wholesale order please contact us as a returns charge may apply.

 

- How Do I Exchange An Item?
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us giving your name, order number, details of the item you wish to exchange along with the item you would like to exchange it for. No exchange can be processed until we are in receipt of the returned item and in some cases the customer may need to re-pay postage to have the alternative item sent to them. Exchanges will be treated as Returns and as such our Returns Policies above will apply to all Exchanges. For some items such as earrings, cosmetics and body jewellery we cannot accept returns due to Health & Hygiene reasons - this does not affect your statutory rights.

 

- What Happens If An Item Is Damaged?
All items are checked prior to dispatch however if you have received a damaged item please contact us giving full details of damage within 7 days of receipt of the product. Do not dispose of the item as we may wish it to be returned to us or a photo sent showing the damage. Once the item has been confirmed as damaged we would normally send a replacement free of charge or refund the original price if the customer prefers this.

 

- When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are normally processed within 24 hours of the returned item(s) being received at Beeunique. Refunds are generally processed using the same method you used to pay us however in some situations we may refund by a different method. Once a refund is processed we would send an email confirming the amount and that the refund has been done. Please note if refunded by card your card provider may take a day or two to accept the refund and release the funds back into your account, this is standard practice with card refunds.
