Why Can't I Login To My Account?

All accounts on Beeunique are created using the email address and password you entered when you first registered the account on Beeunique. If you cannot login to your account it may be that you are entering the wrong email or password, please double check you are entering the correct information and that your caps lock is not on as some passwords can be case-sensitive. If you think you may have entered the wrong email or password when you orignally created the account please contact us with your full name, address and date of birth and we can update the email address on the account.

Why Have I Not Received My New Password?

If you have requested a new password through our website and not yet received it then your email provider may have blocked this email thinking it is spam or junk if this happens please contact us and we can reset the password at this end and resend it direct to you. After receiving a new password by email please login to your account and change this to something more memorable and secure - you can change this by logging in as normal then clicking on 'My Account' in the top left hand corner to view the password change options (underneath all orders).

Why Is My Old Address Showing Up On My Account?

The first address you created on your account is classed as your default (or primary) one and will automatically show up as the shipping and billing address at checkout - you can then manually change this to a different address at checkout if required. All new addresses added at checkout will also be added to your account address book but the default one will remain as the original one entered. You can login to your account and then click on 'My Account' in the top left hand corner to see the options to change or remove any address on your account (this will show below the list of your orders). You can then click on 'edit' beside each of the addresses to change it or to make it the new default address. You can only delete the orginal default address if you have set up a new one i.e. every account must have a default/primary address. If you have any problems you can contact us saying which address you want to be the default one and which, if any, you wish to remove - it is always advised to remove old addresses to ensure you dont accidentally place an order with this as the delivery address.

Can I Visit Your Shop Or Warehouse?

No, our insurance does not cover customers at our premises and we therefore ONLY sell via the website. The address shown on the website is an office/correspondence address only and no stock is held at that address.

Can You Send An Order With No Invoice or Receipt?

If you request that we do not send an Invoice/Receipt with your order e.g. for a gift order we cannot insure the order against non delivery or loss in transit.  We obtain proof of posting for all orders but if an item is damaged or delayed Royal Mail will not be able to return the item to us if no Beeunique contact details are attached to the package - please bear this in mind if you request no Invoice/Receipt to be enclosed. If you would like your order sent with no invoice then adding Recorded Delivery to the order would ensure we can compensate you should the item not be delivered (the recorded delivery address sticker will be attached to packaging but no invoice/prices included with the order). We cannot and will not mark items as 'gift' for overseas orders simply to avoid custom charges.

Do You Do A Gift Service?

In certain circumstances we can send goods to another address with no invoice/receipt enclosed - we would then enclose a note saying who the parcel is from. Please mention this in the 'other information' section at checkout or email us immediately after placing the order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless a specific delivery option such as Next Day Delivery is paid for and these orders are not insured against loss unless you request a signed for delivery service such a Recorded Delivery. We cannot and will not mark items as 'gift' for overseas orders simply to avoid custom charges and for overseas orders the invoice must be attached for customs.

Do You Sell Gift Vouchers?

We offer gift vouchers in £10, £15, £20 and £50 as standard, however we can arrange these for any other amount such as £21 for a 21st birthday gift. Gift Vouchers are sent by email and can be sent to a recipient in any Country. Gift Vouchers are issued in GB £ and can be used to purchase any product from the Beeunique site including paying for postage costs. VAT is not charged when purchasing Gift Vouchers. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing Gift Vouchers.

Can I Review An Item?

Yes. You do not have to purchase an item from us in order to review it. The only requirements are that you have used the item in the past and that your review is honest and not slanderous or rude. All reviews will require approval before they are added to the website and once approved they will show on Beeunique and, if a hair dye review, also on our Hair Dye Gallery. You can write a review by logging into your Beeunique account or, if you do not want to create a Beeunique account, you can also complete our Add A Review form with no membership or sign-up required. All reviews are the opinion's of our customers & visitors and not neccessarily of Beeunique.
