or localised
that may affect the delivery of your order.

Standard 1st Class post normally takes 2-3 days for delivery however we have to allow upto 15 working days before Royal Mail will regard a parcel as missing. |

The maximum insurance for standard 1st class post is £30, if your order is over this value it is advised to chose Recorded or Next Day Delivery to ensure we can fully refund you or send replacement should your order be lost in transit. |

If delivery has been attempted and parcel has not been claimed within 7 days Royal Mail will often return the parcel to us. If this happens we will resend the order once postage and payment costs have been repaid. |

If we are unable to arrange your Next Day Delivery you will be offered the choice of canceling your order and receiving a full refund or a refund of the difference between standard post and next day delivery. This will not apply to delays caused by Postal Strikes.

In some instances we may not be able to arrange Next Day Delivery - Your Next Day Delivery has NOT been arranged until you receive your tracking number - this will be emailed and your online account updated.

If Royal Mail fail to deliver the item within the guaranteed time we will refund the delivery charge only - we will not be responsible for any other expenses involved in the result of a delayed delivery (as per Royal Mail's Terms & Conditions). We will not refund ANY charge if Royal Mail have attempted delivery but there was no reply at the address or the parcel was refused.

There are a few areas where Royal Mail are unable to guarantee next day delivery - should you live in the Northern Highlands, not on Mainland UK or in another remote area it is advisable to check with us first before purchasing as sometimes Royal Mail's 'Next Day Delivery' can actually take 2 or 3 days to these more remote areas. |

We aim to process orders within 24 hours of payment being received but during busier periods we cannot guarantee this. Deliveries are normally posted by 1st class mail unless Recorded or Next Day Delivery has been chosen and paid for. Standard 1st Class orders should take approx 2-3 days to arrive but we have to allow 15 working days (mon-sat) from date of posting before Royal Mail will classify the order as missing. If 15 working days have passed and an order has been recorded as missing we will send a Lost Order Form and upon its return to us would either send a replacement, refund payment or wait for a response from Royal Mail before deciding on a course of action. Choosing Recorded Delivery does not guarantee delivery by a specific date but does require a signature upon delivery. . Choosing Next Day Delivery does guarantee next day delivery when ordered and paid for before 11am, excluding weekends and bank/public holidays. Next Day Delivery has not been set up until you have received an email confirmation from us giving your tracking number. For extra delivery options such as Recorded and Next Day please read fully all delivery conditions before purchasing these items. Beeunique will not be held responsible for any delayed deliveries or associated costs involved.
If an order is returned to us through no fault of our own we will issue a credit / refund for the order value LESS our postage costs, payment processing fees and any other associated costs - if the customer would still like the item we reserve the right to request postage be repaid before item is posted. The customer is responsible for ensuring their address and email details are correct when placing an order. Orders sent to PO Boxes are not covered against loss/damage and we reserve the right to only send orders to the address your payment card is registered to should we choose to. |

For International Orders it is advised to check that none of the items or ingredients are prohibited in your country. If an order is returned to us due to your Countries prohibited items we reserve the right to retain a nominal amount for packaging, postage and time before issuing a refund to you. Any charges levied to the parcel by your Country's customs are not the responsibility of Beeunique and will be payable by you, the buyer. The maximum we can refund / replace for a standard delivery is £30, therefore all orders over £30 in value will be sent by International Insured. International Orders are generally sent by Airmail - we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time-frame for non UK orders although as a general rule Airmail should take approx 1-2 weeks for delivery but items cannot be regarded as lost until 40 working days have passed (to allow the package to process through customs and be delivered by your local postal service). After this time we can report the item as missing to Royal Mail and the procedure for a possible refund or replacement would be the same as for the UK. There is no way to track an International Order unless it has been sent by International Insured. The customer is responsible for ensuring their address and email details are correct when placing an order. We will not deliver an order to an International PO Box and reserve the right to only send orders to the address your payment card is registered to should we choose to. We can only accept payment by a confirmed paypal account or by credit / debit card via Protx for overseas orders. |
