At checkout you will be given three options for European Deliveries - Airmail, Airmail Signed For and Airmail Insured.
European Delivery is generally 1-2 weeks but Royal Mail will allow upto 40 working days from date of dispatch before they will accept a parcel is missing - this is to allow time for the parcel to clear customs and be delivered by your local postal service. We may change delivery method to an equal or upgraded method at our discretion. We may upgrade or amend delivery method at our discretion. All delivery prices include VAT where applicable which will be shown on the invoice sent with your order.

UK Delivery Times:
All UK orders are dispatched by 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded or Next Working Day Delivery unless you have used a voucher or promotional code in which case your order may be sent by 2nd class post. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment. Delivery normally takes 2-3 days but please allow 15 working days from date of posting before reporting a parcel as missing (as per Royal Mail Guidelines). In some cases we may upgrade a delivery to Next Day, Recorded or Courier, there would be no extra charge for this. More information on Recorded and Next Day Delivery options can be seen here.
Overseas Delivery Times:
All Overseas orders are dispatched by Airmail, Airmail Signed For or Airmail Insured. For orders over £30 Airmail Insured is the only delivery option that will enable us to fully refund you for loss of the order in transit. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment. Delivery normally takes approx 1-2 weeks for Overseas Airmail however please allow upto 40 working days from date of posting before reporting a parcel as missing - this is to allow time for the parcel to clear customs and be delivered by your local postal service. UK Next Day Delivery:
Orders must be received before 11am and we can only offer guaranteed next working day services for Mon-Fri deliveries in the UK. Next Day Delivery will be shown as a shipping option at checkout. Your Next Day Delivery has not been arranged until you receive a tracking number from us. If a Next Day Delivery has not arrived by the guaranteed time we will ONLY refund the delivery fee paid for this service and will not be liable for any additional costs incurred (as per Royal Mail's Terms & Conditions). UK Recorded Delivery:
Recorded Delivery is NOT a guaranteed next day service, it can take as long as regular mail with the only difference being it requires a signature upon delivery. Recorded Delivery will be shown as a shipping option at checkout. Please note that when Royal Mail attempt delivery they should put a card through your door saying to contact them - they will then only hold the parcel for 7days before returning it to us as 'not called for'. If parcels are returned through no fault of Beeunique we will issue a refund less our postal / payment charges or re-send the parcel once delivery costs have been repaid. If you dispute that Royal Mail have left a card please contact and claim direct from Royal Mail for any additional costs you may have incurred due to this. Royal Mail Strikes/Industrial Action:
Any postal strikes or action that may affect the delivery of your order are beyond the control of Beeunique and we therefore must allow additional time for delivery during these periods. A one-day strike can affect postal deliveries for several days due to the backlog created and therefore we would need to allow extra working days for delivery before we could accept an order was lost in the post. Postal strikes/industrial action can affect all deliveries including Special Delivery/Next Working Day. For information on proposed Royal Mail action please check their website and view this link
Lost /Undelivered Orders:
After the allowed delivery time has passed please contact us and give your order number, full name and address. We will then email or post you a Lost Order Form (Royal Mail Rule). You must complete this Lost Order Form and return it to us within 10 days to confirm non-receipt of the original order - without this completed form we cannot arrange a refund or replacement. Once the form has been received and approved we will either send a replacement order or issue a refund, however we may decide to wait on approval of the loss from Royal Mail before deciding on a course of action e.g. for higher value orders or when a second parcel is lost to the same person/address as that would point to a localised problem in a certain sorting office. Should a Recorded Delivery or Next Day Delivery not be received by the customer but we have signature confirmation then it will be the customers responsibility to dispute this with Royal Mail although we will assist and supply any additional information we can. During periods of postal strikes we may need to adjust the delivery time accordingly to cover the strike period and allow time for the postal service to catch up with any backlog of post. In some cases we may decide to wait for the parcel being returned to us before deciding on a course of action e.g. if the order was rejected or nobody was at home to accept the parcel. Missing orders are rare but when they do happen we have to follow this procedure.
