Delivery Information

UK Deliveries:
At checkout you will be given three options for UK Delivery - 1st Class (now called Parcel 24), 1st Class Recorded (now called Signed For) and Next Day Delivery. The only way to guarantee delivery for a specific date is when Next Working Day Delivery is the chosen postage method. All delivery prices include VAT where applicable which will be shown on the invoice sent with your order. UK orders are charged a flat rate postage cost no matter how many items you order. Western Europe Deliveries:
At checkout you will be given two options for Western European Deliveries - Airmail or Airmail Signed For. All delivery prices include VAT where applicable which will be shown on the invoice sent with your order. The Postage Prices Above will apply to the Following Countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Irish Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Rest of the World Deliveries :
At checkout you will be given two options for Worldwide Deliveries - Airmail or Airmail Signed For. More information on the different methods of delivery method can be seen further down this page.

The above postage rates will apply if your country is NOT in the UK or in Western Europe e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Japan. If your country does not appear in the shipping/billing list at checkout then we will be unable to ship to that country.

If Airmail Signed For is the only option shown at checkout this means for higher value orders this will be the only method allowed for your Country. Should you wish to use your own Courier to collect the items please contact us, before ordering, for further information.

1st Class Post/Parcel 24(UK ONLY)
Standard post normally takes 1-3 days for delivery however we have to allow 15 working days to pass before we can class an order as lost in transit. Standard post does not need to be signed for and is not trackable once the order has been dispatched.

1st Class Recorded/Signed For(UK ONLY)
Standard 1st Class Recorded/Signed For post normally takes 1-3 days for delivery however we have to allow 15 working days to pass before we can class an order as lost in transit. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you the Recorded Delivery reference number. Although not fully trackable, this reference number can be entered on Royal Mail's website to check if delivery has been attempted. This is NOT a guaranteed next day service and the parcel must be signed for.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK ONLY)
All orders for Next Working Day Delivery must be placed/paid for before 12 noon to be dispatched that day (Mon-Fri). The delivery and posting of these orders excludes weekend or public/bank holidays. Most Next Day Delivery orders are posted using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and although Royal Mail will usually try to deliver before 1pm we only guarantee delivery on the next working day and cannot say it will arrive by a specific time. On the rare occassion we may be unable to arrange a Next Day Delivery we will contact you so you can either cancel the order for a refund or amend/update the delivery information. Your Next Day Delivery has not been arranged until you receive your tracking number - this will be emailed to your registered email address and your online account updated. If Royal Mail/Courier fail to deliver the item on the guaranteed day we will refund the delivery charge only - we will not be responsible for any other expenses involved in the result of a delayed delivery. No charge will be refunded if Royal Mail have attempted delivery but there was no reply at the address or the parcel was refused. Delays caused by Postal Strikes, Industrial Action or extreme weather conditions will not be refunded. There are a few areas where Royal Mail/Couriers are unable to guarantee next day delivery - should you live in the Northern Highlands, not on Mainland UK or in another remote area it is advisable to check with us first before purchasing as sometimes Royal Mail's 'Next Day Delivery' can actually take 2 or 3 days to these more remote areas.

*Orders placed/paid for by 12 noon Friday may be delivered on Saturday at Royal Mail's discretion but this cannot be guaranteed. In some cases we can still arrange Next Day Delivery for orders received after 12 noon - please contact us to check this before placing your order.

Airmail (Western Europe and Rest of World / Non-UK)
Airmail generally takes approx 1 week for delivery but can take upto 25 working days in some cases to clear customs and be delivered by your countries local postal service. This delivery option is not trackable once dispatched

Airmail Signed For (Western Europe and Rest of World / Non-UK)
Airmail Signed For generally takes approx 1 week for delivery but can take upto 25 working days in some cases to clear customs and be delivered by your countries postal service. This delivery option is trackable in the UK only but further information may be available on your countries own online postal tracking service. Once arranged your online account will be updated giving dispatch date and Signed For reference number - this information will also be sent to your registered email address. This delivery must be signed for

Delivery Delays:
Any postal strikes, industrial action or extreme weather conditions that may affect the delivery of your order are beyond the control of Beeunique and we therefore must allow additional time for delivery during these periods. A one-day strike or weather problem can affect postal deliveries for several days due to the backlog created and therefore we would need to allow extra working days for delivery before we could accept an order was lost in the post. Beeunique cannot be held responsible for any adverse weather conditions, postal strikes or other industrial action (national or localised) that may affect the delivery of your order. Once strikes are over backlogs of mail may mean your order could still be delayed. Postal strikes/industrial action can affect all deliveries including Special Delivery/Next Working Day. Other Delivery Info:
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday only (excluding bank/public holidays).
We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days but it may take longer during busy periods.

Please ensure you read and agree with the delivery information above before choosing your delivery method at checkout. We may change, amend or upgrade the delivery method for an order for security, parcel protection or increased damage/loss cover e.g. if a customer chooses 1st class/parcel 24 for a larger heavier order we may choose to dispatch it by courier or next day delivery instead.
