New Photo Sections - 18th July 2010 We have added a new section to the Hair Dye Gallery showing photos of some of the brands we currently do not sell on Beeunique, these include sections for Punky, Rusk, Live XXL, Pravana etc. These can all be accessed by clicking on the relevant link at the bottom of the Photos By Brand page. As these are new sections some may only have one or two photos in them at present but please feel free to send in your own pics using the normal Add Photo form and hopefully we can build-up these new sections soon. |

Postal Order Payments - June 27th 2010
From today we have had to remove postal order as an accepted payment option on Beeunique. This is due to the amount of people who chose this method at checkout and then never sent the payment, this then resulted in £100's of stock being tied-up on these orders whilst we waited to see if the customer was sending the postal order or not. We still accept payment online by card or by paypal and customers can still choose the 'telephone order' option at checkout and pay by card over the phone if they prefer, but any orders received asking to pay by postal order will be cancelled - sorry. |

Special Effects Dyes - June 22nd 2010 UPDATED - Our delivery is due into us on Monday 28th June and all colours should be back on the website on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. People who subscribed to a 'Back In Stock' notification will be emailed as soon as these colours are re-added to the website. New Features on Products - May 27th 2010 All product listings on Beeunique now show the model number and the quantity in stock. The model number is helpful if you need to contact us about a specific product or if you wish to find something quickly on Beeunique. The quantity in stock is especially helpful in checking if there is enough of a product in stock to suit your needs or if you have to order quickly due to low stock etc. Stock quantities should be fairly accurate unless someone buys stock before you go through checkout or in the rare case of a stock discrepancy. This information currently shows at the bottom of each product listing but may be moved near the top beside the Add To Cart button. |

Adding YouTube Videos - May 16th 2010
You can now embed YouTube videos directly into your posts on the Hair Dye Forum. There are a few on there already - a couple of funny ones and a couple of hair dye guides. |

Manic Panic Delivery - May 22nd 2010
We have finally received our new delivery of Manic Panic Hair Dyes and all colours are now well stocked up apart from three colours that were out of stock with Manic Panic. Gel dyes are still not being dispatched by Manic Panic so these are mostly out of stock and are likely to be for quite some time to come. |

Reduced Overseas Delivery Times - April 27th 2010 After a discussion with Royal Mail we have been able to reduce the amount of time we have to wait before an Overseas order can be classed as missing. Previously we had to wait 40 working days but now, thankfully, only have to wait a maximum of 25 working days before we can treat the delivery as lost in transit. Most European and other worldwide orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks at most but should your order not be received within 25 working days of dispatch please contact us and we can email you a lost order form and upon its return and acceptance by us we can arrange a free replacement order to be sent to you. |

Next Working Day Delivery - April 6th 2010
We have extended the deadline for Next Day Delivery orders to 12 noon (previously 11am). Any orders received before 12 noon on a weekday will be dispatched that day for next working day delivery. Orders received after 12 noon on a weekday may still be dispatched that day however please contact us before placing the order to check this can be arranged. |

Website Updates - April 1st 2010 VAT - All product and delivery prices on the Beeunique website are now shown inclusive of VAT (gift vouchers and magazines are exempt from vat charges and show the vat free price). VAT will be shown as a separate total at checkout and will be deducted for deliveries outside the UK & EU. A VAT invoice will be included with every order delivery. More on VAT here. Bulk Purchases - Unfortunately this feature is not ready to go on the live site yet but should be added soon. Borders - We have added borders around all products which makes it easier to see which price and information relates to which product and generally just tidies up the website product listings. |

Website Disruptions - March 20th 2010 We are working on a new pricing scheme for the website and whilst this is being set-up and tested some customers may see strange things on the website such as unusual discounts or prices at checkout (for lower than normal). This should be very rare and should be changed back to normal within a minute or two of being shown. We apologise for this disruption but unfortunately this is essential work we need to do prior to our downtime on 30th March and although where possible we will take the website offline to test these new features we have no option but to test out the new system on the live site at times to ensure it is working ok. Any orders that arrive during one of these test periods that has incorrect prices/discounts will be cancelled and refunded. These new features will be beneficial to the overall running of the website so please bear with us whilst we make these changes . |

Vat Increase - Jan 1st 2010 From 1st January VAT will return to the standard rate of 17.5%. Each product description shows the price including and excluding vat so customers can see exactly how much they will be paying for each item. Where possible we will lower the overall purchase price of the product so the customer will pay around the same as before. |
