Delivery Information & Updates
All orders are being processed and dispatched as normal, usually within 24 hours of the order being placed and paid for. Further information on approx delivery times can be seen in our Delivery FAQ. Any adverse weather conditions or postal strikes(local or national) may affect your delivery and more information on possible postal delays can be seen on Royal Mail website here.

Apologies for the recent two days downtime - there was a family emergency that could not have been avoided and due to this we had to pull the website for this period to avoid a backlog of orders. All orders received that were not already posted will be dispatched on Monday.

PCI Compliance - February 11th 2010
PCI DSS is a security standard in place to ensure that sensitive cardholder data is always secure. PCI is intended for any company or organisation that processes, transmits or stores cardholder information such as card numbers, expiry dates, cvv numbers etc. Any website that takes card payments either directly on their website or through a third party payment gateway will need to comply with these requirements and become PCI compliant to protect cardholders data.

Beeunique & FunkyEars have both been approved as PCI Compliant by our Merchant Bank. This means we comply with the minimum requirements to ensure sensitive card information is secure and safe at all times.

Vat Increase - Jan 1st 2010
From 1st January VAT will return to the standard rate of 17.5%. Each product description shows the price including and excluding vat so customers can see exactly how much they will be paying for each item. Where possible we will lower the overall purchase price of the product so the customer will pay around the same as before.
