	Are these Vegetable Dyes Vegan Friendly? Manic Panic & Special Effects Hair Dyes are Vegan Friendly with no animal testing or animal by-products used. LaRiche say that Directions Hair Dye is not tested on animals and to the best of their knowledge is vegan friendly and contains no animal by-products. Renbow say they have never tested their products on animals in terms of assessing their risk to humans (Renbow's full reply can be emailed upon request). Stargazer say their Semi-Perm Colour Rinse Dye is Vegan Friendly as it is an emulsion based dye.

	Are Your Bleach Kits Vegan Friendly? Manic Panic have confirmed that their Flash Lightning 30 and 40 volume bleach kits are fully vegan friendly. Stargazer have confirmed that their 30 volume Bleach Kits are also vegan friendly.

	What are the Ingredients* of Stargazer Bleach Kits? Cream Peroxide Ingredients: Aqua, hydrogen peroxide, cetearyl alchol, oleamide dea, ceteareth 30, glycerine, acetic acid, pentasodium penetate, phosphoric acid, sodium stannate, benzoic acid disodium prophosphate, ammonium hydroxide. Bleach Powder Ingredients: Potassium persulphate, sodium persulphate, magnesium carbonate, diammonium phosphate, magnesium oxide, hydroxethylcellose silicia trisodium phosphate E.D.T.A, hydroxypropyltrimonium hydrolised keratin inci 77007. 	How Long Do The Hair Dyes Last in the Bottle/Tub? If unopened Special Effects, Manic Panic, Directions & Stargazer Semi-Perm Hair Dyes last at least 30 months from date of manufacture(shelf-life). Once opened these dyes will last a minimum of 12 months with no adverse reactions to hair providing they are securely sealed again after each use. Please note with some brands the dye results may vary slightly the longer the dye is left from initial use/opening. Crazy Color Hair Dyes last at least 30 months from date of manufacture (shelf-life) and are considered by Renbow to be a one-use application.

	How Long Will The Dye Last On My Hair? When on the hair the length of time the dyes last depends on base colour, porosity of hair, condition of hair, dye used etc and can be from a few days to a few months. Always try a strand test first to determine hair dye result and how long the dye is likely to stay vibrant. As a rough guide Special Effects and Manic Panic Hair Dyes can last upto 6 weeks with some colours possibly lasting much longer (example, Atomic Pink), Crazy Color generally lasts 3-15 washes, Directions generally lasts 6-8 washes and Stargazer Semi Perm Dye lasts approx 8 washes.

	I Have a PPD Allergy - Can I Use Your Dyes? The dyes we sell are semi-permanent vegetable based dyes and should be fine for you, however as many people with a PPD allergy can have reactions to other substances it would be advised to take professional advice before using any products you are unsure of. 	How Can I Add My Photo To Your Website? You can email your photo(s) to us, send via msn messenger or supply us with a link to your online photo and we will copy this to our server. Further information on submitting photos to our Gallery can be seen here

	Which Special Effects Hair Dye Colours are UV Reactive? Atomic Pink / Nuclear Red / Cherry Bomb / Hi-Octane Orange / Joyride / Cupcake Pink / Bright As F#@$ Yellow / Napalm Orange

	Which Manic Panic Hair Dye Colours are UV Reactive? Electric Banana / Electric Lava / Electric Lizard / Hot Hot Pink / Pillarbox Red / Pretty Flamingo / Wildfire

	What Kind of Result Can I Expect? Colours will be more intense and last longer on bleached/pre-lightened hair however the result also depends on hair porosity, condition etc so we cannot guarantee the result or length of time the dye will last on your hair. Our Gallery shows a wide range of results for most colours.

	Do you Sell Bleach Kits? Yes we sell Stargazer and Manic Panic Bleach Kits - these can be found here. Please always follow product instructions and do a strand test before use. All Stargazer and Manic Panic Bleach Kits have been confirmed as Vegan Friendly.

	Why Can't You Send Bleach Kits Outside the UK? For safety reasons Royal Mail will not allow Bleach Kits to be transported by Airmail which is our usual postage method for non-uk deliveries. We can in some cases arrange a courier however the increased cost of this plus extra insurance for the bleach kits normally makes the delivery price too high for standard orders.

	Why Do I Need To Do A Skin Sensitivity Test? Although rare some people can have allergic reactions to products - even something they have used before. It is always advisable to do a skin sensitivity test before using any hair / cosmetic / toiletry product to check against adverse reactions. 	Why Do I Need To Do A Strand Test? A strand test should give an indication of the final colour and also check the brand's suitability for your hair type / porosity. Information on how to do a strand test can be found here

	Can I Use These Dyes on Dark Hair? Some colours should give a hi-lighted effect to dark hair. Further information can be found here

	Does Washing Hair Seal in Colour? Colour generally fades gradually with each shampoo/wash

	How Long Will the Colour Last? Colours generally last 1-6 weeks depending on brand used, porosity of hair & colour of dye , although some hair types colours like Special Effects Atomic Pink have been known to last over 12 weeks (gradually fading). Pink and Red based dyes tend to last longer than Blue based ones.

	Will These Dyes Stain my Clothes? Some dyes can stain bed linen/clothing etc but this should wash off (Beeunique cannot guarantee this and cannot be held responsible for any staining that may occur).

	Will my Hair Colour Bleed? For the first few washes dye will bleed when you wash it - some dripping may occur if hair is wet but this should stop after first few washes.

	How Can I Remove The Colour Quicker? To remove colour from your hair you can use a clarifying shampoo as these remove product build up on your hair and can help to reduce colour over time. Direct sunlight and swimming have also both been known to aid colour fading (be cautious of swimming before hair has been washed a few times due to possible bleeding). 	Can I use Household Bleach on my Hair? This is far too strong for skin and hair and can cause serious burns!

	What If I Don't Like The Result? Final colour/vibrancy will depend on pre-dye hair colour, porosity and condition. Colours will be more vibrant on bleached/pre-lightened/fair hair Although Special Effects, Manic Panic, Crazy Color and Directions are popular brands of unnatural hair dye we cannot guarantee that they will work for everyone - it is always advised to do a strand test first to check results We will not be held responsible for unexpected or unwanted dye results.

	What is Toner Used For? Toner can be used for taking the yellow tones out of bleached hair, and it can also be mixed with other vegetable based dyes to make lighter or brighter customised shades.

	What is a Temporary Hair Dye? These are generally semi-permanent vegetable based colours (we only sell vegetable based dyes but always check label as many shop bought dyes are not vegetable based)- they only contain vegetable extracts and natural ingredients so no color is stripped from your hair. This color mostly sits on the hair's surface but a little will get imbedded in the hair temporarily - and will wash out in 3-6 weeks approx (depending on condition and porosity of hair and also whether a pre-lightener was used). 	Will Bleach Make My Hair Blonde/White? Most hair bleaches will lighten your hair in the following stages: Black, brown, red, orange, yellow blonde, light blonde, white. Yellow tones can be counteracted by using the relevant Special Effects or Manic Panic Toner. Please take caution when bleaching hair to white as this is when it can most easily be damaged - most dyes work well over yellow/blonde hair so white hair is not necessarily needed.

	My Hair is Too Dark - Can I Bleach It Again? This is entirely up to you as you will know the condition of your hair, however generally this is not advised as bleaching too much can seriously damage your hair. You may want to try a purple/white toner if your hair merely has yellow tones to it , however if you really feel the need to bleach again use as low volume developer as you can and leave at least a few days between bleaching. Keep checking hair regularly throughout bleaching process.

	What Is A Protein Conditioner? These temporarily fill in the damage on the hair making it feel fuller and smoother. Do not use there too often.

	What Strength of Bleach Should I Use? As everyone's hair is different nobody can say for certainty which volume of bleach/developer you should use but as a general rule 20 volume is used for light/fair hair, 30 volume for light brown/medium hair, 40 volume for dark hair. The stronger the volume the more damage it can do so always use the lowest volume you can and when using 40 volume check hair regularly to avoid leaving it on hair to long.More Information can be seen in our How To....Section - click here

	Can I Use These Dyes on Dreads? Yes, these should dye the dreads in the same way they dye regular hair, however you will tend to use appox 1/3 more as the dreads will soak up the hair dye more than normal hair.

	Can I Use Vegetable Hair Dyes on Animals? To the best of our knowledge none of the brands we sell endorse using their products on animals however Manic Panic do have the following page which may help further - Manic Panic Animals

	Is It Worth Buying Tints Bowls & Brushes? Yes! Bowls are perfectly shaped for mixing bleach or for mixing hair dyes together - never mix bleach and dye together and always use separate bowls and brushes for bleach and dyes or wash very very thoroughly after bleaching to ensure all trace of product is removed. Tint Brushes are ideal for ensuring all hair is thoroughly coated in bleach or dye and also saves you using your hands (which can be messy with the dye or down right dangerous with the bleach)

	What's A Bleach Soap Cap? It's when you take 1 part bleach (that's been mixed with developer) and add 1 part shampoo. It dilutes the bleach and gets veggie dyes out without damaging your hair as much.as pure bleach (still use caution and as with all bleach products a strand test is advised).
