Crazy Color Hair Dye Ingredients:
 
 
Cetyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol (and) PEG-20 Stearate, Methylparaben, Lauryl Pyridinium Chloride, Citric Acid, Formic Acid, Aqua, Basic Violet 16, Basic Blue 3, Basic Yellow 28, Basic Blue K, CI Basic Yellow 13, CI11088 Diazacyanine, Basic Red 14, Basic Blue 26, Basic Violet 14. [Ingredients correct as of 3rd July 2007 and supplied in email format by manufacturer - it is advised to always check the label/tub prior to use incase of any changes or updates of the ingredients].

Crazy Color Hair Dye Instructions:
 
 

Please note:
Skin Patch Testing is highly recommended before using this product and, as with all hair dyes, if a reaction occurs rinse off immediately and discontinue use. Stand Testing is also advised as this will give indication of colour result and brand suitability.

These instructions are for Crazy Color Hair Dyes only - for all others you should follow the manufacturers instructions. Full instructions can also be found on each bottle of Crazy Color Hair Dye.

 

 
Do not mix with hydrogen peroxide
Wash your hair with an acid balanced shampoo, such as Biomilk or Bioherbal to correct the acidity of the hair and allow for the best coloring results.
Apply Crazy Color to wet hair with a brush, laying color on the entire length of the hair shaft, stopping about ¼-inch away from the scalp. Begin at the nape of the neck and work upward through the head of hair.
Comb Crazy Color until it becomes frothy. This indicates that the complex color pigments used in Crazy Color have penetrated into hair. Lighter shades of Crazy Color will require more combing to obtain maximum results.
Crazy Color will process at room temperature in 15 minutes. More resistant hair may benefit from placing a plastic cap on the hair and processing for 30 minutes.

Crazy Color cream is a conditioning temporary color.
  Crazy Colour is considered to be a one-use application

  Renbow say they have never tested their products on animals in terms of assessing their risk to humans (Renbow's full reply can be emailed upon request).

At no time - and for no reason - should peroxide be used with Crazy Color.
 
Do not use alkaline products with Crazy Color and do not mix it with permanent hair coloring products.
 
The temporary nature of Crazy Color depends upon the frequency of shampooing and the porosity of the hair. The more porous the hair, the most vibrant and longer-lasting the color will be.
 
It is not recommended for clients with more than 10% white hair.
 
For exotic, vibrant colors, the hair must be bleached to the light yellow stage and crazy color cream applied exactly as it is supplied, without the addition of any other substances.
