Gift Vouchers are sent VAT and Delivery Free when purchased. Gift Vouchers are purchased in £'s but can be sent to recipients in other countries. Vouchers are available in £10, £15 or £20 as standard If you would like a specific value e.g. £16 for a 16th birthday gift please contact us. |

To Purchase A Gift Voucher NOTE - After the voucher has been purchased and the order processed an email containing the Gift Voucher logo, voucher amount and unique redemption code will be emailed to your registered email address. You can then choose to activate the voucher and add the funds to your own Beeunique account or you can forward the gift voucher image to a new recipient and they can then activate the voucher themselves adding the balance to their own account. |

To Send A Gift Voucher To Another Recipient You can forward the emailed Gift Voucher Image (shown below) containing the voucher redemption code (or just the voucher redemption code itself) to the new recipient. The recipient can then activate the voucher into their own account and spend or transfer the balance when ready. Please ensure the recipients email address is correct as this cannot be rectified/amended once the voucher has been sent. |

To Activate A Gift Voucher (adding it to your own account balance) At checkout (page 2 of 3) you should type the voucher number into the box next to ‘Redemption Code’ and press your Return/Enter key. The funds should then appear in your ‘Available Balance’ shown in the bottom right hand corner (see image below). Once activated in your own account the funds can be spent or transferred to one or more other recipients (see below). |

To Spend A Gift Voucher Type the amount you wish to spend from your 'Available Balance' in the box that says ‘Apply Amount’, then choose a payment method and click the continue button to apply the funds to your shopping cart. The total amount should then be adjusted to show the new balance to be paid (this will be £0 if your voucher covers your entire order value). |

To Transfer A Gift Voucher If you have activated the voucher into your own account but then wish to transfer part or all of the balance to another recipient please click on the ‘Send A Gift Certificate’ icon in the right hand margin or by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the top left hand corner of the screen and then on 'Send A Gift Certificate'. You would enter the new recipients name, email address, amount to send and personal message (please ensure the recipients email address is correct as this cannot be rectified/amended once sent). |
